Recover, Roost, Slack Off and such had the PP reduced from 10 PP to 5 PP by default, meaning from 16 to 8 max Scald is now the signature move to Volcanion (which has Steam Eruption anyway), no one else learns it via level-up and loses it (Slowbro, Toxapex, Gastrodon, etc.)
